Would you like to cancel your membership with De Spuyt?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re leaving De Spuyt.
To cancel your membership, please send an email to our secretary at secretaris@vvdespuyt.nl.
Membership cancellations must be submitted before July 1st or before January 1st. After these dates, your membership will be automatically extended for another six months, and membership fees will therefore still apply.
Please note that informing only your TC contact person or your trainer/coach is not sufficient. Indicating your departure in the usual survey is also not enough.
For administrative reasons, the membership fee is collected at the beginning of the season. If you cancel your membership, half of the fee (for the second half of the season) will be refunded.
